A YES, Lifestyle Properties allows pets, however there is a refundable deposit on pets and monthly fees.

A Lifestyle leases range from 10-12 months.
   
Q As a tenant, do I have the first option to renew at the end of my current lease?
A Yes, here at Lifestyle Properties we accomodate our current tenants by offering them the first option to renew or upgrade to a different unit.
   
Q If I have a maintenance request, how long does it take to get it fixed?
A Loyal customers are key to any company's success, and it is our goal to provide excellent service. With this in mind, all requests are addressed on the same day or within 24 hours.
   
Q What happens if I have an EMERGENCY after your office has closed?
A Lifestyle Properties has 24/7 service for all tenants. If a tenant has an emergency after business hours, a simple call to the office is all that is necessary. By calling the office and listening to our pre-recorded message, it will tell who is on call and their direct number. Most generally, response time varies between 15 and 20 minutes.
